Typical grumpy workers. Little old tanning booth lady needs to quit. She's obviously miserable. 3rd time dealing with that ugly troll. How does she even have a customer facing job sucking so bad. Next time I'll wait for any other employee to serve me. They forget who they work for; the people of New York.

Made an appointment easily online a week ahead of time. Was done within 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Made an appointment online for my son so that he could obtain his ID and the whole process ran smoothly!!! When we arrived there was a line but we didn't have to wait because we had an appointment!!! The woman greeter at the door was very respectful and courteous!!! When we got inside, we observed that it was very busy!!! When we were called to be served, the clerk was informative, patient, and understanding!!! He answered our questions and explained in clear instructions how to fill out the forms we were given!!! Once the forms were filled out, and my son, a picture was taken it was time to pay for our transactions!!! The clerk gave us a number (A392) and we went to take a seat. Before we could even sit in a seat our number was called!!! We headed to counter 7 and began our transaction!!! The clerk there was nice but straight to the point!!! Her demeanor was friendly but she wasn't very engaging!!! Other than that, the transaction ran smoothly!!! Our overall experience here was fast and excellent!!! We chose this location because it was more convenient for us and we had been here before!!! We will definitely be coming back for future transactions!!! The only suggestion we have is to make an online appointment so the process can go a lot smoother!!!

Last Saturday of the month they are open from 8:30am - 12:30pm at the Greece Ridge Mall location. I have verified ALL info with the official NYS DMV website. Normal Office Hours are as follows: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm. Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm (later evening hours, this location only). Saturday: Normally CLOSED. Sunday: CLOSED. Permit tests (other than CDL & Escort): until 1 hour before closing. CDL and Escort Vehicle tests: Mon-Fri 8:30am-1:00pm. CDL Oral Exams on CD: 8:30am-1:30pm. Enforcement: Until 3:30pm. Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) Transactions. Dealer - Motorcycle, Plates & Transporter. Hours LAST SATURDAY of the month: Open 8:30am-12:30pm with Permit Testing (Class D, not CDL): until 11:30am.
