The manager, Leah, was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to get me into my apartment incredibly fast. It's clean, bright, up-to-date and safe and it's truly because of her I can call this place home. Leah answered the phone every single time i called and worked with me to get my approval. I'm forever thankful for her dedication and I would absolutely recommend this complex.

I saw the pictures of their new remodeled apartments and fell in love! HOWEVER, one ad I read did not specify that your credit score needs to be 675…..the second ad did. Unprofessional…misleading advertisement! Before I saw the second ad I had already completed the application and turned it in. I received a denial email but would approve with a co-signer. I responded stating that I don’t have a co-signer, never had one and have been approved for two other apartments prior applying for this apartment. Asking a few more questions, in another email…. I never received a response. So, I sent one more email the next day….never received a response. Unprofessional! I will never refer to this apartment complex because the people I know and associate with are professional people. We all have had some type of issues in our lifetime and have been given another chance. As so it was with my prior two approvals.

I've lived here a few years and am very happy with the apartment. I have one of the older (not remodeled) units, but everything is in good condition. The wood floors and huge windows are great, and i appreciate that they charge less for the older units. The maintenance guys are awesome; they always respond quickly and do good work. Very clean, never had issues with pests of any kind in the three years I've lived here.
