This place is disgusting they never repair what they need to repair they start when you call the state or when you call over to city of Rochester they have lots of violations and poor residents live in disgusting living environments and out afraid to report it Photos to follow

Do not move here. This is the worst complex I ever lived in. If I could give no stars I would. I lived here for 4 years and my units bath tub leaked the whole 4 years. Maintenance did not know what they were doing at all. I have video of the leak and it looks like it was raining in my unit. If I could give no stars I would. I have moved out the unit 2 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back. No damage to the unit or anything at all (which I have pictures of how the unit was left). The lady that answers the phone (Lisa) does not know anything at all. I keep getting the run around about MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. If you can move somewhere else please do. They spend more money on redecorating their office instead of putting it where it should go back into the units and the laundry room ( which barely works).

I have lived at Charlotte Harbortown Homes for 13 years; while it has it's ups and downs my overall experience here has been great. I've made life long friends... who are there through thick and thin. When I have had specific challenges, the staff has always been there in a supportive, encouraging manner (unless I'm the one who has screwed up). The maintenance staff, who work so hard, very often are presented with some pretty disgusting challenges, however, they maintain their cool demeanor and constant patience. The downs come when a particular group or groups of tenants demand very unreasonable resolutions. We all would like out problems solved immediately, there sooo many of us, and only so much that can be accomplished by staff. I would recommend Charlotte Harbortown unequivacably.
