Igot into an accident on my motorcycle and brought it here for a quote. Few weeks later I gave them the insurance quote and everything they needed to figure out out with them. They never talked with insurance for 3 weeks and only talked to them about the pricing when I went to pick up the bike. The work on my carburetors was done poorly, with a leaking fuel hose and didn't even try to synch them at all.

I recently purchased a TW200 and the entire process at Cache Honda Yamaha (CHY) was great. After calling perhaps over a dozen shops in UT, WY, ID, CHY had an extremely short list of those waiting and their deposit was lower than others. Also, the bike's price and fees at CHY were better than others resulting in a cheaper out the door price. They were hoping to get bikes in April, but they weren't given any by the factory. They gave me the option to go off the list in the spring and I decided to stay and wait. They tried again in the summer a couple times and were finally able to obtain 2 bikes in September. The buying process was a breeze and I was out of there in about a half hour with my new bike. Jeni and the team was always informative, respectful, and professional when I have called or spoken with them in-store.

Cache Honda Yamaha has been a great resource for all my powersport needs for over 30years. Ive purchased several machines over the years, from the phaser snowmobile of the 90's to the 180hp watercraft of today. Very helpful to share their practical and technical expertise, both before and after the sale. Always the first place I call when there is a powersport need. Thank you Mark and team.

I was in town from out of state for a family camping trip at Hyrum lake and wanted to rent some wave runners. The staff was very helpful answering my questions seeing as I am new to water sports. We walked around the wave runners before hitching the trailer and the person helping pointed out that one of the propellers was damaged on one wave runner but it should run fine. Over the next two days I was very careful about who drove the wave runners and made sure they did not start them too close to shore to avoid sucking up any rocks and damaging the propellers. When we returned the wave runners we took another walk around and the propeller on the other wave runner was damaged now and they wanted to charge me $200+ to have it fixed. I agreed to the charge because I was in a hurry to get back to family stuff but was not happy at how it all played out. It seems like the propellers damage very easily, how come the cost to rent can not cover any damage that occurs this easily? The wave runners are old and it seems like customers are being nickeled and dimed. Also, I was not offered a discount for being given a wave runner with a damaged propeller when I picked them up. Had the previous customer been charged for the damage and they just never fixed it? The experience will make me hesitate to rent from them in the future.

Our shop does tune-ups, carburetor repairs, tires, batteries etc.. on all major brands but we refer electrical repairs on brands we do not carry to the dealer that sells them. We are Cache Valley's exclusive Honda and Yamaha dealer and on those brands we are a full service shop and will do all repairs on them.
Depends the the brand and what you are looking for in the dirt bike. 😉
