Completely unprofessional. I brought my wife to the pick up location 20 minutes early. We went in to the gas station (Flying J Eagles Landing exit 112 in Beaver, UT) to ask about the shuttle pick up and the attendant informed us we were in the right place and that the shuttle was usually late. When the shuttle was 20 minutes late, my wife decided to call the office. The office personnel informed us that the driver was "way past that stop" and that the driver stopped, didn't see anyone waiting, and went on. If that's the case, the driver was over 20 minutes early and left. There is no system in place, it seems, for Salt Lake Express to ensure their paying customers are picked up. My wife had to scramble to change her flight/find another shuttle. I was planning on using this service as well, but it seems unreliable. If you you don't want to risk being late for a flight or anything important, don't use this service.

Excellent trip from St. George to the Las Vegas airport. Rich was a wonderful driver. He kept us informed all along the way of what to expect and helped us feel assured of our safe and timely arrival. He was very kind and friendly as well.

St George shuttle if FIRST rate..
It is not required, but highly recommended. Most people are smart enough to wear one if they feel uncomfortable sitting so close to one another. I wear one, and I am a Taxi Driver for them, just to be on the safe side and I am fully vaccinated.

No we don't have an Executive shuttle that goes on our Salt Lake Route, yet.

Yes, it does. I believe, for an extra fee, they will pick up/drop off at another location upon request.
No discount.but it's nice to not have to drive there. It's the only way I go. Love it.
St George has offices and I seemed to notice that it is possible but I don't know well because I always pay online. If they can't, I would have at least a cell phone in my hands since they provide free internet and if anything you can pay online
They generally drop you off at their office location but I believe you can pay extra to get dropped off/picked up anywhere.
St George shuttle has a taxi service also depending where you are you can use Lyft locally (Kanab)..Call St George shuttle with your question they are super people and very helpful.
Hi, Actually we only pick up at Terminal 1 Level 0. Out the door on level 0 cross the private pickup lanes and then go to the right where the different shuttle companies pickup. We do however, drop off at both terminals.
