They said they would have a guy look at my bus in two weeks never happened. It’s been at their shop almost two months very poor communication from these guys.

Employees were ready to help out. I would recommend it to any school trying to get there bus fixed or put on A.C

What an absolute nightmare of an experience. Would never recommend their service. We took our bus conversion in for general maintenance to make sure it was road worthy for our upcoming trip. We had gotten a general maintenance check at a previous facility and had a great experience with a detailed list of what was / wasn't working. The technicians at A-Z bus sales in Sacramento told us that we had a frayed belt that needed replacing and a new pump. Not a problem at all. We asked if we could take the bus back for the night and bring it back when the parts arrived. They gave us the go ahead and said we should be fine until our parts arrived in a few days. Not the case - on our 30 minute drive back to where we were keeping the bus, our vehicle completely dies in the middle of an intersection and won't start back up. We had to pay for a tow back to the A-Z bus sales facility. The next day, they took a quick look at the bus but couldn't diagnose it yet. A few days go by without hearing a single word from them. No communication what so ever. We live and travel full-time in our rig and communicated this with them from the beginning. Communication with us would have been FANTASTIC as we had to book and pay for hotel rooms all week while they were diagnosing our bus. Eventually, they diagnose the issue and it turns out to be the alternator...which apparently they DO NOT check during a general maintenance check. Another couple of days go by before they replace the alternator and pump. They never replaced the belt that they initially claimed was frayed - instead, they said it was fine and just put it right back in. Once driving our bus home from repairs, we also noticed that our oil gauge wasn't working. Despite doing a road test and stating in their service contract that it was done, the oil gauge WAS NOT properly connected at all. We had to fix that ourselves. In addition, after reviewing the contract, we noticed we were billed an additional $200+ for work that wasn't even done to the bus when we picked it up. While they did refund us that cost, no other compensation was provided for the terrible experience we had nor for the fact that we STILL don't have our "frayed" belt fixed. Nearly $5,000. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR IF YOU HAVE A SKOOLIE CONVERSION.

Good morning. What alert system are on the new buses that are compliant with the 13 CA ADC 1294. Child Safety Alert Systems legislation that was just passed in the state of California?

Its Called the child checkmate system And when the driver turns off the bus in order to walk away with the keys the driver must walk to the back of the bus and either lift the handle or press a button Otherwise in alarm sounds and honks the horn repeatedly until this button is pressed or the handle is lifted With most bus companies this is a common practice already put in place by the company but they just made it into law
