THEIR DELIVERY/COOLER SERVICE PRICES HAVE GONE UP 200% IN THE LAST YEAR FOR NO GOOD REASON. PRICE GOUGING IS THE ORDER OF THE DAY. DON'T EXPECT A CALL OR EMAIL BACK FROM SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.

Normally I like the ease of self serving but the machine stole my money twice when there was no ice available for me to take.
