The signage need to be better in directing customers who are picking up from the Amazon box. They should not have boxes taller than 6 ft. My package was in a top shelf slot and the pushed it all of the way back when it was placed. I was able to walk to the driver pick up area and get a nice associate to reach my package for me.

If there was a -0000 I would give them they don’t open doors for truck driver we have to wait here some time hour just for somebody to come and open the door and then they’ll have an attitude too.!!!!!!

This place is Amazon flex and I am a truck driver. When you come to deliver a load they never open the door. No matter how many times you ring the bell they don't open. Evenif you know the door they really don't care. Amazon need to replace management or need to train the really well.

You can not return packages here, unless they are leftovers from an Amazon Flex route. To return a package, return it to a Whole Food, Amazon Fresh, or UPS Store.

Yes I feel that the best way to do any job is to get up and do need account and make you an online resume so then when you fill out for a job you don't really have to fill it out because your resume will fill in the blanks for you and then you able to add more things like things you're good at and hobbies and stuff like that that the job don't ask you that separate you from everybody else if I can have a guaranteed job because you will automatically get the interview more than everybody else because of certain things that was written in your resume that passed out through the internet and it automatically picks you up every time

The amazon building dln4 is on Woodlawn Ave right next to Walmart right across the street from the Pullman community center sometimes lyft drivers will get confused but it's there the middle entrance into the parking lot
