Wife filed for divorce in January. It's now September and we're still not divorced! Every person contradicts the previous person's directions on how to proceed. You end up so confused about the entire process. Even when she's told "tell your husband to do this, this, and that" and I follow those they will say "no, you need to go to that window and tell the lady you need the 'motion to....' form and not the 'order...' form. Ok, I go to that lady and she asks "why are you...?' and I ultimately wind up up so confused I just know whatever I file it'll be ultimately rejected for one reason or another! And get this: no kids, we're not contesting anything, no spousal support, all proceeds have already been split, all possessions have already been divided, everything is done. All we need is a fricken paper that says we're divorced. AND THEY CAN'T GET IT DONE! The people working there have no clue what they're doing! Especially the fat guy with the white beard in the law library! Avoid him at all costs!

A family member of mine went through a courtcase regarding an order or protection hearing and wasnt even allowed to speak in her defense as per her due process rights and the female judge showed extreme bias against her in favor of her ex husband without hearing both sides. Her lawyer also failed her in adequately representing her. This place and its judges appear to not be following the rule of law, at least this female judge is. Do not expect any fairness here nor rights to be upheld. Her rights were irrevocably violated. This place needs to make sure ALL judges follow due process and the rule of law. Instead of making victims, like my family member, spend more money than they are able to have to be used just because of bad representation and bias.

I can’t believe the judges in this county don’t know the law

I'm not a lawyer but I would file a Motion to Release Lien. You could also go to the Superior Court website and look for the forms to fill out and file.
You can send a letter to the judge via inmate mail
Call the court in surprise
You can still check in with your ID
The law library charges by the page to print things out, $0.20/page i think. So it depends entirely on how long your divorce papers are.
Depends how long you are the rates run for 3 to 5 dollars an hour yes u can now use your credit card when I pay at the self service machines in the same parking garage
No, you'll be referred to another courthouse, you will have to file the paperwork at this court house though.
See www.superiorcourtmaricopa.gov/docket/index.asp Then criminal court cases, case history, then enter his name.
Im assuming you can go to social security
Is only open to fill paper and to request a judge but you wont see the judge yet it would still be virtual
You can look online for all the service they provide.
Yes you can all on the same packet
Call the DA’s office and make your or their statement known. They get swamped with cases and sometimes things won’t be seen until later so it’s always best to go talk to them in regards to issues like this.
Call the administration number for the type of court. IE; criminal court admin or civil etc they should be able to provide you the correct fax number for what you need.
Head to the law library in the superior court and explain the situation to someone. They will be able to print the papers you need to file. I think you would need to have someone find him or at least have an idea of where he lives. Once you open a case he will need to be served. If he gets served and doesn't arrive to the hearing then the judge will have only your story to listen to and he won't be able to defend himself l.
Call the Court house and explain your situation asap!
You need to contact the courts asap. Call the clerks office. I'm assuming you don't have an attorney because he or she would've been the first person you called. You must do so asap. Don't wait until the day of or after your hearing.
Look up the court's customer service line and call them for more details.
Yes u can
Agree with LnC.. Law Library has a few who can better refer You what You need..
Sorry I dont know. You can go on the website or call them for fees
City Scape
Go to the law library in the court complex and they can help you

Everything has to be in writing, you have to submit it to the court
The Law library 1st floor family court house Jefferson st or online
Attempted and failed two weeks ago. All hearings are scheduled in advance no same day appt. next available was July 5.
You can call the Maricopa County Sheriff's Dept and ask. You might get transferred a bit, but you'll get to someone who can tell you. If you happen to have a probation officer, you can call them as well.
Call Law Center, but it depends on State or federal probate
Go to http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/CivilCourtCases/Index.asp Clicking on Case History will allow you to search for and get the 'Progress' on the case. To read any actual orders, click 'Minute Entries'. If you want to see the actual Motions, etc. You will have to travel to the law library at the East Court Building OR file a public records request.
Any Public Records location.
The jury admin office has an online system that you can use to print your attendance letter. You will need the summons that you were sent. If you don't have it, you can call them at 602-506-JURY(5879). https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/jury#A
They have a search feature on superiorcourt.maricopa.gov, or you can head to the Law Library at the East Court Building and the staff will help you use the search on the actual case management system.
Yes it is 8 am to 5 pm.
