Excellent staff! Even though my son looked like hell coming off alcohol withdrawal the staff treated him with compassion and kindness. The administrators checking him in, doctor and pharmacy. I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was. My son had an appointment to see Dr. Guadalupe Martinez for possible diabetes diagnosis. Dr. Martinez was professional and offered some great advice and direction for my son. Dr. Martinez took extra care in listening to my son's concerns did not judge him, he was transparent and compassionate and patient. I could tell even though my son felt anxious, paranoid, and not sure about the diabetics diagnosis that he felt comfortable with Dr. Martinez answering his concerns and helping him feel better by offering some good advice. Thank you! You made a scary appointment not so scary. We appreciate you all!

Good clinical staff such as dentists (Dr. Kelly) and hygienists (Wayne) but absolutely horrendous support staff (receptionists, phone support, billing). I have been coming here for five years and the review below summarizes my five years of experience. The non-clinical staff talks in a very condescending manner to you, bill incorrectly all the time, and are just plain rude at the reception (interrupting you, trying to guess what you are saying instead of just letting you speak, etc.). This has happened on numerous occasions over the years consistently and it's starting to get to me. Today when I came to the facility, the receptionist told me to "stop talking" while I was explaining what I had already discussed on the phone earlier. This was the last straw. While I hate to leave the great clinical staff here, I will find a different dental practice. They would do so much better if they collected feedback from patients about their non-clinical staff.
