Rarely does it seem people are happy to be in urgent care. Yesterday I spent my entire Monday there, with a broken finger, waiting patiently while staff repeatedly commented to each other "what a busy day!" At one point during my wait, they had to start turning people away at the door. From the moment I got checked in by a very helpful gentleman, to Renee who was a wonderful tour guide, to Alex the amazing X-ray tech, to Athena (my personal favorite of the day) who seemed to have taken great pleasure in showing me to my room and laughing about how insanely busy the last two days have been, to Dr. Dave Bielak who quickly (but with care, empathy, and knowledge) showed me the 2 (possibly 3) places on my x-ray that led him to his diagnoses ... My nearly 4 hour wait was really quite tolerable. Thank you, Team KP-CH!

The technicians who did the technical measurements and other analysis of my eyes were quite competent, friendly, and patient. The decision for whether or not to get cataract surgery is a tough one to make. I do not urgently need it. If the surgery were successful, then that would of course be good, but I need to better understand the benefits and risks. Also, the after-visit summary was mainly boilerplate(same given to all patients) and did not completely cover some of the items that we had discussed. If I had known that, I would have taken notes.

I've been with Kaiser since 2009. I'm so thankful for the efficient and caring treatment of my neurologist. She is so thorough to cover all my needs regarding MS. Also the nurses at the infusion center are always great. Easy mail pharmacy if you like, so much easier than waiting in line. They have a great 24 hr service to get answers to a medical question. They identified the problem and even gave me a prescription without me having to leave home. I highly recommend!

Just had my last infusion treatment today and want to thank my wonderful treatment team at Kaiser Capitol Hill! Special kudos to the caring, positive, professional nurses at the Infusion Center! Everyone there is amazing and guided me every step of the way! Overwhelmed & scared at the start, my team was a beacon of light and got me through over a year’s worth of treatment. Highly recommend Kaiser for anyone going through a serious health challenge.

Yes. Paid parking
Through secured messaging on your MyChart portal.
Yes, there is a weekend and after hour pharmacy on the B level of the Central Main Building.
It is an urgent care facility. But you need to have Kaiser Permanente insurance (and member number) to be seen there, I believe.
Definitely an urgent care. There may be an ER located as well, but I've only been to the urgent care.
Currently Kaiser has walk in clinic at the Tukwila station location, but if U go online to My Chart I can make appt for that same place this next week too..
Yes covid test is free at KP
Try calling the consulting nurse at kasier for more information about that.
Capital Hill Central campus and Bellevue are close options.
They accept more than just Kaiser.
What are the pharmacy hours at the Capitol Hill Campus?
