Super friendly and attentive staff. The location is great because it's close enough to the campus and close enough to be able to access all of the restaurants along Kirkwood. The room was so quiet, I hardly ever heard anyone in the hall even though the hotel was pretty busy. The beds are comfy, probably among the best I've slept on in a hotel.

Very clean rooms and unique decor. Spacious enough for our family of four. Dylan and Max were excellent in the valet with getting the vehicle (only $5 more than self park) and helping with luggage. Thank you!

Really liked it. Was very convenient with a car-parking garage easy to use. I didn't eat in the restaurant or use the patio or other amenities so I can't comment on that. Comfortable, clean, value was there. The only thing keeping me from a 5star was that our room didn't have a microwave.

Stayed here for a few nights in January. The rooms here are nice. The college schtick decor can be a bit heavy at times. But, it was clean, neat, and well put together irrespective of theme. The reason for the high rating however is the service. During our 2 days I saw the same person at the desk (tall, slim, dark haired guy) and he was extremely helpful. He gave some tips on local eateries, helped with parking and directions, etc. - just provided really good customer service.
