I go to a lot of fly shops, but Patrick's is by far my favorite. It was my non-fishing spouse who first went there when I asked for a fly rod for my birthday and I've been a client ever since. The staff is helpful with deep knowledge about fly fishing in the Northwest. The selection of flies is excellent and if they don't have the other stuff you need--and they probably do--they will gladly order it for you. They use the products they carry, so can give you solid advice on what to purchase and why. There is a great neighborhood ambience and you even get a personal thank you note and coupon when you buy! What could be better?
