I have the most gorgeous view, an apartment I love and the hardwood floors I always wanted. But the handicap accommodations are laughable. There’s only one way in without stairs and it’s through two heavy doors and one often smells like the dog park. The “ramp” caught a man’s mobility chair in a hole and he almost tipped over. The fire dept had to be called. The fire alarm goes off at least once a week and the elevators stop so I’m trapped on the tenth floor unable to escape if there is a fire OR I’m trapped outside with no where to sit or rest while I wait for firemen to clear all 14 floors before I can go home. They closed every amenity when we went into Covid lockdown and the only one they opened was the laundry mat. We get cockroaches bigger than your thumb every single spring. Last Christmas I had $300 worth of merchandise stolen from the “secure mail room”. I pay an awful lot for parking considering they’ve had me towed. Twice. Suffice it to say the view isn’t worth all this.

Any reviews over 1 star comes from people who haven't lived here for a minute. Key features include: bullet holes in the front door, rear door ripped entirely off the hinges, urine in the stairwells, cockroaches on every floor. "Security" is a joke - for the few hours they are actually on site, they just watch and do nothing from the safety of their car. Complain to management you say? Good luck - there's a 5% chance anyone will be in the office during posted open hours (which are constantly being reduced).

How much to rent ?

My 1bdrm is $849 but have to pay $65 for parking so $914. But tbh I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. It has gone down hill like crazy., shoot outs., mobbings., broken doors., broken elevators., broken garage doors., and people getting their cars broken in INSIDE the garage. And definitely on the street. Disgusting laundry room.,majority of the times the machines are broken or dirty. Packages get stolen. It's just a TOTAL turn around., and the lease office never answers questions in a timely manner., you have to get upset to see progress.
