I love my apartment but i hate that when I moved in was told that it was a list for underground parking as my car has got breaking into three times and was told nothing could be done about it by stlouis city parking in a garage I pay 135 a month for so I went to the lease office to ask about the underground parking cause I had a friend move in and got a parking spot underground immediately when I went to the office I was told since I stayed in a artist apartment I'm not guaranteed a spot at all which is what I was not told that when I first moved in which is unfair what is the difference when we both are paying rent and parking is the same price even if I'm paying a tax credit rate that is not fair to me or anyone else who is in a artist apartment and also I've been waiting a week to get my sink fix I love my apartment I just think they need to do better

Negative experience -1 very poor response time for maintenance; admin staff very unprofessional with follow up in communication especially regarding urgent matters, reserved spaces, or safety concerns... They dont seem to give a dam about the experience of the residents no matter how long you've lived at the location.Willfully negligent with residents personal belongings during or after move in/out. Will set your things in public space to be Stolen to convenience another potential resident!!! Completely Negligent management admin staff!

Arcade is a beautiful place to live. The community is great and the staff in the office (Ashley and Amanda) were a fantastic help with the application process. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a place downtown specifically artists looking for affordable options.
