Had a few problems along the way but not enough to go lower than 4 stars, Any wrongs were always righted and Brittany does a good job running things. Nice apartments and a cool maintenance team as well.

Absolutely awful communication, They will never answer the phone. Would not recommend.

Absolutely awful communication, They will never answer the phone. An email reply will take a week, on top that once you try to move it they make it impossible due to Brittany taking a vacation every other month and the employees being hired and quitting after being asked to do stuff they weren’t trained to do. Would not recommend.

It’s unprofessional, the building is beautiful but the staff needs a lot of work. I understand it’s hard to find good help but this is just sad. I feel like if u work at a job for years you should know your job. And smile because you could give the wrong energy or attitude to the RIGHT person and it’s so many outcomes that could happen. No threat I like the courthouse you know ? But soon I’ll be reaching out to the owners or I’ll pay a lawyer to reach out .
