This place is horrible. Spent $500 for a security deposit only for the floor plan I picked to be unavailable. 2+ months of excuses and not being able to get an apartment. This place is unprofessional and you’d be better off going elsewhere. Management is full of excuses and incapable of doing their job. Even after getting a refund the money won’t be returned to you. You’ll just get a copy of a receipt. This place is a scam. Go ANYWHERE else.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The elevators are always broke down only one of the three elevators work. I feel sorry for the elderly and handicapped that has to wait and step in dog urine. Maintenance never responds to our maintenance orders the amenities never open in time when I asked how to turn the fire pit on I was ignored and asked why I wanted it on. Which I simply replied because I pay for the amenities? This place is a joke and I recommend to stay far and away from this place. Btw last year a woman was shot by her boyfriend in our lobby and this happened right after they terminated security.

Was told when I moved in that the a/c was broken but would be fixed soon. It still isn't fixed mid June, more than 6 months later. Said recently there was a specialist to look at it and I should cage my dog, which I did. Nobody ever came. It's a consistent mid 80s in the unit and insanely humid, and that was even during winter. I don't even want to know what it's going to be in the summer. I recommend against living here.
