Cannonsburgh is so much fun to visit - whether a regular workday or a weekend festival. The pioneer era village is highly detailed and set up to view inside. Usually there are artisans and staff there to explain the equipment and settings. Many beautiful weddings have been held there and every time we have gone we’ve seen some great live music and dancing.

It's free to visit during normal hours. Occasionally we host an event that will charge admission (e.g., Uncle Dave Macon Days).
Just went tonight. I wouldn't take a child under 12, they do a lot of jumping out of the dark to scare you. Took our teen daughter and 2 of her friends they enjoyed it. Some of it is so dark it's actually hard to see the characters faces as you are walking through. Over all its a fun time.
Tuesday thru Saturday - 9 AM til 4 PM. Sunday - 1 PM til 4 PM. Closed on Monday.
It is open on Sunday, but they open at 1pm
