Too bad a guy can’t leave zero or negative stars. This company is expensive compared to Ameren. The power goes out constantly and for many hours all over my little village. Literally the worst power company out of the many locations I have lived thus far. I’m seriously buying a back up generator because of this. It’s a nice sunny day and our whole town is out of power going on two hours. Not sure how this is acceptable but some how it is.

I think that sub-meter is rated for a lower rate. The usage fees for each meter are figured separately.
Yes, if you reconnect the service within 18 months, you will be charged $50/mo for each month it was de-energized. It is called back billing.
