There are still a few good stores but the Mall has been slowly dying. Bath and body works, Claire's, Glicks, Dunham's sports, Rue 21,Maurices and shoe depot are still available. Please shop local Mattoon show the Mall shops support.

The Mall opens at 6 am Monday-Saturday and 10 am on Sundays. Holiday hours could vary opening times.
They are open until 9pm closed on New year's day
I cant answer for ALL stores, but I know at least 90% are closed.
The Flea Market is the 24th-26th of August. Hope this helps.

According to the news paper..... only a few stores are opening on thanksgiving......jc penny @3... couple more at5...... then mall opening at 6am on fri
