Was a drop and hook pick up. Pick up the phone at the gate for check in. Swapped trailers, went in to get paperwork. In, out, on with it in under 30 minutes. Indoor clean bathroom, nice people. I was lucky and had a very light load. Though being a dog food place, I doubt all loads are that light. Over all... great place for drop and hook pick up. Don't know about any other aspect.

Very slow place if you are going to pick up a load prepare to wait for 2 more hours although the place has no more drivers to load or unload they are slow
