I have never had a negative experience in the 10 years that I’ve received care here, until today! The front desk associate was beyond rude and disrespectful, rolling her eyes when I simply asked a question. I will never come back or recommend this location to anyone again.

Yes. I've been there three times. When I didn't even have a insurance card, the front desk got it for me. Go online and make an appointment if you're able. You get better care than an emergency room
If you are a self-pay patient then yes you will have to pay upfront. If you have insurance we can put a credit card on hold and bill you after your insurance has gone through.
