Zips is up and running. They have clean microfiber cloths with which to dry your vehicle. The vacs are powerful and usually cleaned out. The furnished spray smears inside windows.

Updating my review. I have been a monthly washpass member since it was built, but I am looking to change to one of the newer facilities. The site took away the prewash self bug cleaner buckets years ago and started charging for it, now they don't even do it when I pull up even though it is included in my top level washpass. At least 1 if not more of the sections of the wash don't work at all every time I go (at least 2 times a week) the polish, wax, and ceramic coat dispensers never activate on both my cars until it reaches my windshield missing my entire front end. I have complained, written letters to corporate numerous times for the last 2 years and it is never corrected. In done

Wash bay techs aren’t spraying car prior to entering the bay. Has this changed?

I love the convenience, but it is so rare that everything in the car wash is working properly at any of the locations. I used to drive 20 minutes just to use the newest location, but now, 1/2 the time the lanes are blocked off so you can’t even use the wash, so then I drive another 15 minutes to the other closest location. Sometimes the wash workers spray your car while driving into the wash, sometimes they don’t…pretty frustrating. Extremely inconsistent.
