We recently replaced the entire flooring of our 2700 sf home. This was a big and costly undertaking. While the process got off to a good start of choosing the materials and measuring the house, we were extremely disheartened with the treatment we received in the end. The work was delayed twice because they ran out of materials. Glue was left off our initial estimate, and we were later notified that $1500 was being added for it. The workers did not clean up after themselves, and as a result, construction dust was embedded in the grooves of the wood flooring that had to be manually cleaned. When it was time to make the final payment, we went through the itemized list and found $1750 of overcharges. AA, who had never even been to the house, removed the charges and agreed to work with us in getting the floors cleaned. When we went through the list one last time, we found another charge for glue and wanted to make sure all of our previous payments had been credited. We asked, through email, for clarification. The next day my husband received a call from AA and was told, “It seems like you go home and go through the statement line by line to find something to negotiate. This is not negotiable!” She proceeded to be rude and condescending as she would hardly let my husband speak. We have NEVER been treated so rudely by a business. We paid Don’s a large amount of money, and yes, we did go through the summary line by line. I believe that is our prerogative, especially since we had already found mistakes. We appreciated the flooring crew returning to clean the floors. Don, himself, called to discuss the matter with my husband after he was notified about what happened, however, we will NOT recommend this business to anyone! AA’s rude and unprofessional attitude is not something I want to go through again, nor would I want anyone else to experience. Sharon S.

This place was recommended to us by our builder and I was very disappointed in our experience. The staff that we dealt with both times were rude and disrespectful. We were not spoken to with any kind of kindness or genuine helpfulness. I would take your business elsewhere.
