These folks are the best. They will help you with any problems you might have. I needed a spare part for some boots and they were able to dig up a genuine Scarpa replacement part out of their magical basement. For 20 bucks, I was hitting the slopes the next day. Only downside is that the store is small and they have pretty intense COVID policies which makes it very busy at peak times. If you beat the crowds there's no better place in Seattle for anything ski-related.

Came here because I was told the owner is a boot fitting legend, but left scratching my head. The customer service is definitely subpar and they mark up their prices. You have to make an appointment to get fitted, and their policy is to charge you $65 if you don’t commit to buying boots then and there (which I missed on their website). They are VERY pushy on the sales. Like car salesmen pushy. The TV was also on the whole time so the fitters were openly distracted yet rushing through each appointment. If you’re charging customers 65/hr for a service, I expect a little more attention and effort. I ended up buying boots from them, but overall was not thrilled about the experience.

I've had a real love/hate relationship with my last few pairs of ski boots. My wife bought her boots at ProSki Seattle a few years back, had them custom fitted and she raves about how comfortable they are, which makes the rides up the lifts pleasant. ;) I met with Mike Tracy today and in just under an hour he made a believer out of me that off the shelf is not always the answer (I have a pair of Atomic boots that are headed to eBay after I finish this review). I felt like Cinderella ... but with a ski boot! The culture and attitude here is pure love for the sport and making sure you have the absolute perfect gear to enjoy your winter no matter what your budget. I had my boots custom formed so with a bit of down time I got to observe the atmosphere. Everyone there is an expert! Dialed in to their craft! They work with you individually and give you 100% of their attention while you choose your gear. Their prices are right there with everyone else but the service and expertise you get here is above and beyond everywhere else I've shopped for ski gear. Bravo guys!!

Sadly, I'm told that pros aren't welcome to try on boots. To some extent, I suppose that I can sympathize with their dilemma, but I would have spent a fair amount on soft goods and recommended their shop to my clients. Maybe it's just a sign of the times. Best of luck to y'all πŸ™

I have gone for service only. Staff meet you outside. I have been inside twice this year, only one other customer both times, staff and customers masked of course. Feels safe.
