Washes are usually good, but I do often find that the interior addon is done so quickly that much is missed (corners of dash, window controls, and shifter boot are the most commonly) and many times I have noticed a 'film' on the windows from the car interior off gassing that just gets smeared around instead of cleaned off. It is what it is, and you can only go so slow while getting rows of cars through the line. On the other hand, they tend to be *really* good at getting the bugs off the front of the car. Overall, the washes are good and I've been satisfied. Good enough that I even subscribe to a monthly plan. 2022-08: I've been on their unlimited wash plan for more than a year, and it has been an excellent service. I drive 40+ miles per day, in the country and interstate. The bugs are awful, but being able to wash the car a few times per week has kept the paint like new. Post 'VID, they haven't been doing the interior, due to staffing, but the outside wash and towel dry have been great.
