I came to St. Louise this morning for a bladder problem. Immediately I was brought back to a room. From the very start The staff was extremely good. Especially my RN Hailey. She was one of the best nurses I have ever had. She was kind and attentive and amazingly respectful and Professional. The ER doctor was good and tried to help me to the best of his ability but couldn’t pass a catheter so he called a urologist. The urologist was ok But he wore too much cologne and could use a better bed side manner. All in all it was a very good visit.

I'm not happy with the way they treated my 7week old granddaughter. My daughter took her in to be check for covit. They left her and the baby in a tent for two hours with no air conditioner. The baby had a temperature of 101. That is as bad as leaving them in a car with all the Windows up. Who does that to a infant? Not at all happy with your service.

I was seen by Dr.Saavedra along with some of the ER nurses that were in the tent. All the staff was kind, funny, and efficient. Went in for flu like symptoms which in COVID times is still scary post vaccine. I felt reassured everything was going to be okay, I was screened and treated with respect and efficiency. Extra cudos to Dr.Saavedra who took the extra minute to call me with my results and further discuss signs and symptoms and game plan if my symptoms got worse. Truly great staff, thanks everyone.

Outdated hospital dirty environment corrupt staff full of disregard, sent me home in active labor 2/28/21 which resulted in a home delivery that put me and my infant at risk and treated me horribly upon returning after all didnt even provide towels or regular meals. Nurses didnt change gloves after vaginal exams . I hope the state hold this facility accountable or health dept. such negligence in these trying times

Yes it does during the flu season. Fall and winter.
Yes, we do among a large number of health insurance plans we accept.
Call to medical records at the hospital
No, I am not. I had my baby there 30 years ago.
St Louise Hospital will not turn her away. Take her in.
Please try again after 8 AM this morning. Thank you for your patience. - Patty

No I just travel there frequently giving a ride to a friend.
9am to 9pm
No, legally married or recognized domestic partners can. Unless its a safety issue, for example a girlfriend states another friend assaulted the patient, then yes they can prevent that person from coming in. If that is found to be false then the girlfriend will be restricted.
Sciatica pain isn't typically controlled in an emergency room. Thats usually controlled by whatever pain management plan your primary doctor has with you.
