Honestly don't bother making an appointment it will be at least an hour before they even get your vehicle in. Expect at least a 2 hour oil change and God help you if you're getting tires. Almost 5 hours for something so basic. Unreal. Avoid at all costs.

Had an appointment at 2 for an oil change. Not busy at all. 1 guy at the desk and 2 in the garage. 1 guy in the garage was working on patching a couple tires while the other guy was talking on his phone and then comes inside and sat down to watch TV while my car sat. 1 1/2 hours later a simple oil change was done. Will never go back!!

Call and ask, they are very good about giving quotes. Check online sometimes they are running a special.
I have gotten A/C work done on my vehicle there, but it wasn't a van. I don't know why it would matter though. Im guessing they do vans just the same.
