As suggested, I called and left a message with office manager which I have not heard back from (2days later). I did however get an email asking me to come discuss my issues but found out that I’m not in network so you said I had to find another GI specialist. You didn’t see if I was self pay just said to find a new doctor period. I feel that this a biased, negligent and prejudice. It seems convenient to avoid the accountability on your end.

Initially, the doctor was attentive to symptoms then brushed off when couldn't find correct diagnosis. I would put a call in to the nurse not to get a call back sometimes a week or longer to get a response. I would not recommend.

I saw Dr. Mettille today for stomach issues I've been dealing with. She was so attentive and really listened to what I'm dealing with. I didn't feel rushed or anything during our appointment. She arranged all the labs and procedures so that I can get these issues figured out asap. I highly recommend her!! And will definitely request her if I need to be seen again!
