Honestly I get very nervous talking about my mental health but Dr Attaluri really helped me. He got me the right medications and I feel better than I have in awhile. Also, the front desk lady, Sabrina is very kind and got me scheduled for an appointment quickly.

I would not recommend sending yourself, or anyone you care about, to this psychiatry office. Not only are the receptionists rude, condescending, and dismissive at times (yes, multiple times), the office manager Peggy is combative and unhelpful. When sharing concerns with her she only told us how great her staff was, not even saying she will follow up or showing a bit of compassion. It was obvious asking to speak to her was a bother, as she made it very clear she had to leave a meeting to talk with us. Only after we had become visibly upset did she say she would follow up. This office does not take accountability for the patient care they deliver, and will likely brush off any concerns you have. I have never felt so disrespected and poorly cared for in a medical professionals office until coming here.

Getting prescription refills are a nightmare. When I called the pharmacy, they had no refills on file. I let Unity Point know this 3 days in advance before he ran out, called the morning and afternoon that he ran out when the pharmacy said they still didn't have it. They never filled it still and now they're closed so now I have to keep him home from school tomorrow because there's no way he would make it through without it. When a child has mental health issues it is equally important for him not to miss his medication as it is to have a good doctor. I can't even tell you how many times this has happened and what distress it has caused my child. Update 10/20. Dr. Nookala is still amazing and I still have issues getting prescriptions filled every single month.
