Horrible! One gate in, one gate out! Amazingly stupid design for a brand new garage! People don't want to park here because there is always an issue in leaving the garage! TIGHT PARKING SPACES! THIS IS THE GARAGE TO USE IF YOU WANT DOOR DINGS AND DENTS EVERYDAY! POOR MANAGEMENT! TICKET VALIDATIONS ARE ALWAYS A PROBLEM. OUTBOUND LANE IS ALWAYS SLOW, ALWAYS A PROBLEM! NO RESERVED STALLS. NO VALET PARKING. DO YOUR YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN THINK OF PARKING IN THIS GARAGE! I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!

Had a gym, competing coffee shops, some food, and rotating retail shops that never stayed long. It will be replaced with a more updated retail level when the new high-rise opens around 2019.

This building has such a unique style from the outside with the base. It's cool to get in and notice the 1st floor you can get off is post the 10th floor. I get amazed every time I see Rainer Sq because of its architecture
