I tried to call several times to get information on becoming a new doner. Each time I was hung up on. Is this the way to conduct a professional business. Not sure if I want to proceed to try to provide a life saving need that is surely in demand & brings in a high capital. I hope if I decide to give I'm treated with great respect. We will see & may even report my experience with the federal government that regulates this business.

Every thing is updated iam add on to my review iam sorry to say this the new nurse is so rude an won’t listen to any thing you have to say I been there sence 2016 now she telling me I can’t donte she is the only 1 I had problems with her an that new manager they pulled together i wish some one else I can speak to

This plasma center has the best everything compared to the other choice! Employees are GREAT & DO NOT TRY TO stab u to death like at the other bpl center😃 ONLY 3 ⭐ bcuz they could be a LOT faster if they'd open up the rest of the floor and keep a couple more staff on. But again compared to waiting 3-4 hrs at bpl center this place is 👍👍👍

I got permanently deferred because at first physical they put in computer I had two tattoos instead of three, their mistake but holding me accountable I would not recommend anyone to donate there.

So what about the identity situation, because this past Friday 5-27-2022. I was denied to donate, someone used my ID. And two numbers were off in my social security number, a 3 and a 5. Everything else matched except the social security number, they held ME! accountable for donating RECENTLY!!!. I haven't donated since 2018. Now I'm thinking about sueing, because I feel discriminated against, disrespected embarrassed and handled unprofessional. The plasma center allowed this to happen. Now I have to suffer because they allowed someone to pass as me who wasn't me.

All you need is your license and they will ask questions you may have to see the medical if you have health issues. That's it.

They pay new donors $75 first 3 or 4 times and then they have promos every month. I think this month is 35 and 75
