I have been living here since August. I signed my lease in October of 2021. The apartment failed to communicate with me about parking spots. I've had multiple issues with them including glue on my bathroom floor (that has yet to be fixed), stuff all over the walls and baseboards, but the parking issue was my main concern. People park in the lots with temporary passes and don't pay a dime for it but when I ask to get a pass and pay for it, it is an "Im sorry, we don't have any spots." Which makes absolutely no sense when there are spots open all day every single day. All the response is "Sorry." Not to mention how the apartment complex is just gross and smells terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Overall, this apartment complex has been nothing but the absolute worst. I will not be living here no longer than I have to due to the lack of common sense. I am very unpleased with my experience here and the unwillingness to communicate with a resident who pays way to much for the apartment the way it is.

Super disappointed when I moved in. Paint splatters all over the apartment. Gross carpet from the previous tenants that never got taken care of. Now it’s not as disappointing because I’ve lived here for a couple months now. Something is always broken. Stairways smell rancid. Ac going out every couple of weeks. Overall a “Meh”

My apologies, if I were to live there next year (fall 2019) would i have a parking spot for my car. Not visitor.
