I have always rated Northtowne Hyundai highly, however today I attempted to schedule an oil change, filter and tire rotation and was advised they could not get me in until September 29th, 17 working days from today. To me that is unacceptable. Is the labor shortage or Northtowne's employee pay and benefits that bad.

Classic bait and switch dealer. They provide a trade-in calculation on their site and it says to take it to the dealer to show the value. Once you do that, they come back and say there is no way they will give you the quoted figure, even though you select the condition as average to accurately portray the condition of the vehicle. Even though this is a service they provide on every page of every listed vehicle on their site they inform you once you contact them that there is no way they will honor the "average" price unless your vehicle is in showroom condition which they say is impossible. They overinflate on their site what they will give you on a trade-in just to get in contact with you. Typical shady dealer antics and Northtowne deploys them all. Stay far away from this dealer, crooked as they come. Also, some of their salesman are absolutely foreign to communication. Ryan Dearthage wouldn't communicate or respond to anything, even when you called another salesman and they said they would have him call you. Never happened and business must be so good there that they don't need to respond to your communications. A co-worker of mine had the same exact experience with him so this isn't a one-off situation. We both had to contact a separate salesperson to get any movement.

The service department opens at 7:00am Monday-Friday & 8:00 on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. You can request an appointment online by visiting our website & clicking the "Service Your Vehicle" page.
Go to O'Reilly's, they can scan it for free and tell you what the light is on for.
Former owner of my Sonata did some questionable repairs. They fixed my leaky oil pan for free.
