Dr. Mayo and the wonderful ladies up front running the office have been my saving grace since finding my father the morning after killing himself.. she’s decided to stop prescribing controlled medications, have no idea how I’m going to start over with someone somewhere.. our last appointment together is going to be difficult on every level.

Dr Mayo has relocating to 1103 Corporate Drive Unit A. It's off of Charles Blvd and it's a very nice location. Don't go to WH Smith location. Phone number should still be the same although isn't usually answered on Fridays. So...if you happen to have a Friday appointment and dont get an answer at the office, go to the new address. From what I understand they are trying to update information.

I am a patient here and have always had a positive experience. The doctor takes time to listen to your complaints and has enough experience to immediately determine what may be the cause of your problems. the administration here works hard to get you the help that you need. i have had issues with my insurance over the last year and they have worked diligently to ensure that I get the medication I need and continue to put their best effort in. I thoroughly recommend this office to any one who has mental health issues that need to be addressed.
