What if you were a previous doner, like 2018. And you Haven't Donated since that year, what's the process will you be considered a new doner????

So what about the identity situation, because this past Friday 5-27-2022. I was denied to donate, someone used my ID. And two numbers were off in my social security number, a 3 and a 5. Everything else matched except the social security number, they held ME! accountable for donating RECENTLY!!!. I haven't donated since 2018. Now I'm thinking about sueing, because I feel discriminated against, disrespected embarrassed and handled unprofessional. The plasma center allowed this to happen. Now I have to suffer because they allowed someone to pass as me who wasn't me.
