I bought tickets for Gabriel Iglesas (Fluffy) before the pandemic. The show was rescheduled before and I was informed. Then it was cancelled. I was at DOCO and found out it was rescheduled and I wasn't emailed informing me this time. If I had known I could of had a nice evening. The supervisor said it would take to many hours to find my payment for refund. He wouldn't give me a chance to look for the rescheduling email from last year. I raced home to find the tickets so I could qualify for a refund before the 8pm show start. When I said something about his poor customer service and maybe I should be compensated for saving him all that labor from correcting the mistake the box office made he said "you got your refund" He is heartless to his customers...

I got my tickets day of the concert, there was no line, and it was a lot cheaper than buying tickets online. Highly recommend.

Came to see the "Eagles" 2 weeks ago with a group of friends. Awesome show. They always put on a fantastic show each time I see them. This event also included local orchestra backing on a few of the songs and also a local gospel section for a couple of songs. Not to mention Vince Gill who himself is one of the biggest names in country music. Amazing! Just when u thought they couldn't get any better. Tickets were costly but well worth it. Band members included their own singles here and there as they are all multi-talented.

Easy to buy tickets without the extra fees

The box office is less expensive than buying online, but there are still fees. I got two tickets on 11/13/21 that were $26.95 each and they totaled about $62 out-the-door for the pair. If I had bought online it was going to cost over $80.
Yes I always go in person. But watch for box office hours.
First I would check your bank to see if the funds were taken. Then I would call the box office or the place you purchased them from. And have an invoice or confirmation # on hand.
