Cheapest state parking around. The major issues with location however, is the distance to most major government offices and the fees charged for parking. This location uses the park mobile app and they charge a .35 cent fee for each time you park. This adds up to quite a bit over time for a full time employee that parks almost daily.

There is no waiting list for lot between 6th and 8th, W and X. You need the state's parking form and take it to the DGS parking garage office. Also can use the city's parking app to pay by the day, $2.
