Food was hot. 2 ladies only working doing job of 5 or more people( not fair to them, bad owner not taking care of business). Clean enough. Both ladies were great!

I have read other reviews and this is one of the worst restaurants to get service or food. I have been there a few times, no more. I went inside today, 10.13.2022, to place my to go order. I ordered it with a LARGE drink. The lady gave me a medium cup, but charged me for a large drink price??? I brought it to her attention and she said, "for breakfast you get a medium cup or a large and then for dinner you get the bigger cup." WHAT~~ Isn't that odd? Why would I pay for a large price and NOT receive that item large? The service is true, getting someone in the drive-thru right away is ridiculous, I even went there one day for breakfast the lady was sitting outside in her car and finally came thru the box and said, "no one showed up to work." REALLY??? There are other places to eat with better service and food......

Employees still wear masks here
Personally, I have never had a chain fast food location answer a phone. Maybe only the manager is allowed.
I am truly sorry for the problems you have with the employees but I cannot speak for them or I cannot say anything against them because I have not had any problems with them at all. I go most every day and they're always smiling at me and joking with me and talking to me. Maybe it is because they know me or maybe I am just that kind of person I really don't know, but I am sorry
