I am truly sorry for the problems you have with the employees but I cannot speak for them or I cannot say anything against them because I have not had any problems with them at all. I go most every day and they're always smiling at me and joking with me and talking to me. Maybe it is because they know me or maybe I am just that kind of person I really don't know, but I am sorry
I've had good experiences but lately it's been an awful experience. I agree employees need re-trained or replaced. Definitely a management problem.
