Conway Hospital is a great small town hospital that cares for it's patients .I been going to this hospital for over 57 years and was born in the old hospital that's now the Conway Police department and Fire department. They have a great staff and also clean and well maintained.

Stay clear from this hospital. Rudest staff ever. Kept my prescription just because I said my pharmacy needed it escribed. They took it to the back and left me in the ER waiting area where I was exposed to very ill patients. I can’t help it if CVS doesn’t take a written prescription on certain meds. I ended up leaving with them keeping my prescription.

From the moment I arrived at the emergency room I was treated kindly and with respect. For that I am and will be eternally grateful. But what impressed me the most was that everyone, from the nurses to the people who cleaned my room seemed to actually care about me as a person. I did not feel like I was simply another patient but rather a human being who needed their help. Seriously, when I was finally able to eat even the individual who brought me my tray showed concern about what they could do for me to make me feel better. They took the time to talk to me. Again, you have no idea how important this was to me. And finally, I cannot finish this without saying how much I appreciate the nurses. All I can say, and this is high praise coming from me, was they treated me well. I do not know what else to say. They simply treated me well. Thank you all. When you find out let me know. Happen to a family member of mine. Didn't even call to let us know our 92 year old family member was discharged. Guess they were going to leave her on the porch.

Tbh it really depends on the doctor I took my son and they helped out. I went for myself and they didn't help at all but made sure to send a bill
