Ivan Was amazing. He had a challenging job with our sink since we replaced it with a much deeper one and a larger garbage disposal, he needed to get creative to make it all work. He was definitely up for the challenge and the work turned out great. I haven’t had a sink in three months during our kitchen install and today is an extremely happy day for me!! Ivan is a completely top notch plumber and really good with dogs 😊. This is the second great experience I’ve had with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They hire a great plumbers!!! Thank you!!! Now I can finally stop preparing chicken in my bathroom 😜

Not a great feeling after this one. Plumbers didn’t seem to know what was causing the problem. Got the feeling they were just calling out parts that could need to be fixed to run up bill.

Brandon showed up on time and knowledgeable. I had to call him to find a leak that was causing my flooring to buckle in the kitchen. He quickly found the problem and set up a time for another technician to come out and repair the problem. Thanks Brandon!
