We had a clogged bathtub. They showed up on time and fished the job quickly. During the process, they patiently explained the situation to me. They carefully worked on the clogging tub. Plumber in DC failed to do the work properly, and then kept the money after their work failed. I had a leaking faucet in a bathroom. Plumber came out, claimed that the faucet needed to be tightened, and did so. A few days later a larger leak began to occur under the sink in the same place. After paying around $400 for the faucet repair, they said that they had been incorrect about the problem and that the faucet would need to be replaced, which they would do "at discount" for an additional $400. I told them no and that I wanted my money refunded, minus the visit fee. They refused. After weeks of back and forth, they claimed they would refund a small portion of the cost, less than half of what I had paid them. They then never refunded it and began dodging my calls. End of story, I paid $400 for absolutely nothing. I wouldn't trust them.
