1/2/22 @ 1p.m. Nice selection, on the pricey side, horrible customer service, and I didn't see anywhere to sit and try on shoes. Plus, no stockings or thin socks to wear while trying on shoes so make sure to have your own pair. I noticed the sales reps look us up and down as we entered. I guess they never seen nice looking people before. But, they didn't have the size I needed for my daughter in the cutest boots, but got another color in her size. Asked about a size and the sales rep said something as he was walking away. The workers looked bored and uninterested in assisting.The company probably should hold a training class for the employees on customer service since they are working in that field. Anywho, I probably want be back, I was just in town to shop, but when I come back to the mall this store will not be on my list.

My sister and I went in one Saturday to shop. No one spoke to greet us. We were looking at merchandise and we see a hand close a door; looked like they were looking at security cameras. They had great shoes; however, I cannot spend my money somewhere where I don’t feel welcome. No one asked if we needed help. They didn’t say a word when we left. I will not be returning.
