Total incompetence. Tried to schedule my used appliances to be donated, the guy tells me "just call the day before and I'll come". In my head I thought it was strange they don't use any scheduling system whatsoever. So I waited another week until it was actually the day before, only to be told "we are booked tomorrow, can't do it until Monday". Terrible customer service, Would not recommend.

I don't work at Lowes but you can buy appliance parts and you can carry them out yourself or you can get a cart to put your appliance parts on the cart and roll it to your vehicle. Or you can get some assistance from an employee to help you out. I love Lowes because they have pretty much everything i need as far as any appliance parts, paints, carpet. I've also gotten my brand new kitchen sink there and kitchen countertops there as well.
