Horrible all they want is to take your money. My phone they sold me has been having alot of issues less than a year old Samsung galaxy A32. I use to be with this company years ago wish I had left them in the pass. Just a head up...WHEN YOUR ALLOTTED DATA GOES AWAY, YOUR PHONE CANT SEND A GIF, GO ONLINE, NOTHING ...MOST PHONES GO SLOWER, WITH BOOST YOUR PHONE HAS NO SERVICE.

Not sure what happened at this location completely different experience from 3 + years ago. The good reviews are from a year ago. Always a good idea to click ‘newest’ when reading reviews on Google. This place needs customer service training. The cookie cutter response to the negative reviews are just talk no action.

I wish I didn't have to click a star at all. I was recently in this store and had such an awful experience with Amanda. I can't believe she is allowed to be so nasty and demeaning to customers. No professional decorum at all. She clearly did not want to do her job and did not possess the knowledge to do her job. She kept having to ask her co-worker to help her. Perhaps she is new but that does not excuse her tone, attitude, and lack of decent courtesy.
