I would not recommend renting from Keswick. I paid my application months ago and they said that they would call me and I have never heard anything back and this three months ago. Save your time and especially money and look elsewhere.

Management (2022) at this apartment is the best I have experienced in Greenville. This is a great place to live, close to pretty much everything in Greenville. The Managers in the front office are diligent, kind, and welcoming. I moved because I needed a bigger apartment but I regret leaving and hope to be back in the future.

Been here 4 yrs .the pool is always closed due to this n that .the tenants treat it like their personal garbage can throwing trash on the ground. Some apts aren't redone such as mine which understandably I live in it but they tried to charge me for blinds that stopped working due to construction workers removing them n stepping on them. The staff is a hit n miss sometimes decent other times not so decent. I go out every morning n pick up trash from the night before. Rent was raised 100 dollars this month which is an unfair raise...Definitely waiting to move to a forever home

Great place to live, I lived there when I 1st moved to NC in 2007! I lived in 3 units there and whenever I had a problem it was rectified. I lived on a 2nd floor apartment and needed to move to a 1st floor apartment because I had surgery and couldn't climb steps! My fianceé was pregnant at the time aswell, so they helped us out and didn't charge us for the move! I also had 50/50 custody of my daughter(she us grown now) & needed a 3 bedroom apartment and they helped with getting that facilitated aswell for me also! They have a great pool, fitness room and staff to help out if you have a problem! If the problem is not fixed by the property manager, then you will get a visit from corporate(IN PERSON)!!!!!
