I had a very bad experience visiting this store. The cashier woman bianca was very rude, condescending, and disrespectful! I am homeless and I wasn’t even given a chance to shop around in peace. I hope she gets fired or replaced with someone else! I will be telling my associates not to visit nor shop at this thrift store!

Update: They called me back and have offered to make good. I purchased a log rack with 4 tools. The box was all taped up. I found out when I got home it was only 3 tools. Used and broken. So sad. Make sure you open all items so you get what you are paying for. The person that donated this should be ashamed. What they did was give their garbage. Plastic bags cardboard and broken items. Check you items

Yes, thank you, can you bring it to our store between 9 am and 4 pm? (38 Willow St. Waterbury, parking lot in rear of building off Grove St). We will be closing Wednesday about 1 pm, and will be open black Friday.
