They are terrible I never moved in I called repeatedly before and after the move in date no return calls they are trying to have me pay the whole year lease. I never even stepped on the property. I told them to terminate my lease because I was sub leasing and the person changed their mind move in day. They refused sayin collections. This is not my first apartment how can I be responsible I never moved in it’s a scam they have you sign the lease so they can trap you in. They need to contact me before I take them to court

I recently moved here a few weeks ago and it doesn’t take long to see that everything here is great. Management here is amazing! They are very friendly and professional. There are a lot of great amenities here to keep you occupied in your free time. Also, I am very impressed with how clean they keep everything. Overall, I would highly recommend Copper Beach to anyone who is looking to move to the area.

Tip

My roommate and I absolutely love living here! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Our work orders get completed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
