READ before applying to these apartments . INFORMATION you need to know . APPLICATION FEE WITH ADMIN FEE IS 214$ OFF TOP over priced let alone being in a bad area . expect to pay 250$ security deposit , and $600+ on credit approval that's not refundable or included in your deposit or first months rent . 80 $ bill . 875 $ for first months rent now I know if you have low credit you pay a high deposit as expected but that deposit IS REFUNABLE . applying to this apartment its not . 24-48 hr to let you know if you got approved was false . it took 2 weeks for them to let me know i got approved no unit available to look at only a day before your move in date ! My visit today to drop off my forms was just outrageous ridiculously horrible .!!! front desk ( DeJanea ) oh lord be ready to hold back your words and everything . if you see other reviews about a lady hanging up on them that's her . SHE'S what made me ask for my security deposit back . i could not imagine living in a building with horrible nasty service like hers . when I gave her my forms while she was on the phone she ASKED FOR them and told me ' have a good day ' when I advised her i had a question for her she smacked the phone down , took a deep breathe and rolled her eyes turned her back and told me '' DO YOU NEED ME TO WRITE IT DOWN FOR YOU ' I was in disbelief. i told her what's her problem ? she tells me if you think I have an attuited I don't but ill go get my co worker '' ASHLAN '' Ashlan has been helping me out through everything very patience , but when it came to get co worker her friend she switched up as well , she said she was going to cancel my appt before i even asked for my security deposit back ... I asked for corporates number twice they refuse to give it to me . to those reading please read other negative comments and listen DON'T settle for less . you put money to where you're living not for them to have people like this running the office . ASWELL something can be done reaching out to corporate and filing a claim . I have not yet met the manger but when a manger is friends with their co workers you already know the deal nothing will be taken seriously !

This is a very nice place to stay. You can actually call this place home. The staff here quickly answers your request when something goes wrong or certain things that needs to be checked out.. they are on top of it👏🏾The manager is very polite and also willing to work with you. And the one thing please understand that I don't do is make things up because I'm a child of God.

Welcome to my arbors! I have live here for 23 years I call it home. I came in 2000, after my heart attack, my home was to much to handle for me. Since then, I have lived in what I call my home the arbors I have 3 grandchildren living here also. Thanks arbors for me having a Home that I love with the best office team and maintenance crew in Kansas City!
